小栗上野介邸跡

所在地　千代田区神田駿河台1-8-11　（東京YWCA会館）

　文政10年（1827）、この地に生まれ育った小栗上野介（1827～1868）は、幕末の外交・財政政策をリードし、横須賀に大造船所を建設してわが国の造船業が近代化する道を開いた。



This is the place of birth of Oguri Kozukenosuke(1827-1868),who took the lead of the fiscal policy and the Japanese diplomacy in the late days of the Tokugawa shogunate.Through construction of big shipbuilding yard in Yokosuka city,he inaugurated the way for the modernization of the Japanese shipbuilding  industry.
